MDM Program Manager

Introduction:

The MDM Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing Master Data Management initiatives within the organization. This individual will play a key role in managing projects related to Mobile Device Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), PIM, Plant Lifecycle Management, Product Lifecycle Management, and SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Master Data Management programs and projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration with various systems.
• Utilize strong understanding of ERP systems, with a preference for SAP, to drive efficient data management processes.
• Implement Product Data MDM initiatives and leverage Customer MDM experience to enhance overall data quality.
• Work with PLM systems, such as Centric PLM, to streamline data workflows and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PIM solutions like Salsify into existing systems.
• Manage integration projects across ERP, PLM, CRM, and MDM systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), with at least 3+ years in Program or Project Management roles.
• Proven background in Product Data MDM implementations; Customer MDM experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with SAP preferred.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, experience with Centric PLM is desirable.
• Experience working with PIM solutions such as Salsify.
• Demonstrated success managing integration projects across ERP, PLM, CRM, and MDM systems.
