job summary:

Randstad will provide IT Resolute Billing FAA and the Financial Supply teams Device Installation Technicians under general supervision of the IT Resolute Billing FAA and the Financial Supply team's director or the Teams Leads. Randstad will provide ongoing assistance to the POS Credit Card Device End of Life Replacement Project Support team in their responsibilities, have direct oversight of their timely deliverables for the project duties, out of office management and when there is a gap in the technician's ability to be present for their daily duties will fill in and support in their absence.



The project includes the removal of the old POS Devices and cords, replacing the devices with new POS devices and cords, testing the POS Devices for connectivity and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues shall be performed using acceptable best practices and instructions provided. Randstad Partner with IT Resolute FAA and the Financial Supply team for testing payments and refunds of the POS devices with an assigned Mastercard and Visa cards to conclude end to end testing of the POS device for payment collections. The contractor shall also oversee the preparation and delivery of new POS Devices to refresh building locations. The technicians and the lead technicians will maintain close collaboration with the IT Resolute team FAA and the Financial Supply teams Director, Managers, Project leads and Analyst, and the customers to align with the schedule and task deliverables for the project.



In addition, the contractor shall perform routine audit/QA checks to ensure the accuracy of updated asset management records and work closely with IT Resolute FAA and the Financial Supply teams Directors, Managers, Project Leads and Analyst in maintaining relevant guidelines and checklists. The contractor shall work within a hospital setting, being mindful of doctors, nurses, and patients.



Randstad's Contractors will perform the following tasks in support of the services:



? Work closely with IT department teams and customers to deploy POS Credit Card Devices in the Clinics, Hospitals, Retail Pro, Food & Nutrition, Parking, and other locations



-Occasionally lift materials up to 25 lbs.



-With the installation of these POS devices it will require testing all connections and use of an assigned credit card for testing both tap and swipe features for the collection device.



? Be able to push dolly/carts with equipment loaded.



-Be able to kneel, crawl and move around in small spaces underneath office desks for wire connections to the connection technical telecom ports and connecting devices with cables to a PC.



? Work in busy office environment with frequent interruptions.



? Use computer equipment for extended periods



? Be able to work under pressure and follow instructions.
