World Wide Technology Holding Co, LLC. (WWT) has an opportunity available for a Senior Technical Writer in Raleigh, NC.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 6 months
Description of Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a technical writer
- 1+ year of experience supporting large enterprise networking environments.
- Experience developing various types of run books for infrastructure environments, for data center efforts.
- Experience working on cross functional technical teams.
- Experience with gathering feedback and measuring success in documentation efforts (i.e., usage analytics, real-time critical feedback, gathering business feedback, et al)
- Experience reviewing technical diagrams & documentation.
- Responsible for meeting with, gathering and documenting information from key technical stakeholders
- General documentation of processes, as-builts, and HLD s
