Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong construction and industrial facilities background to lead key site-level projects currently in the execution phase. These projects support operational excellence across our internal manufacturing operations and include both infrastructure and systems upgrades.

Key Projects Include:
Construction of a 4,000 sqft single-story building
Installation of instrumentation (e.g., steam, compressed air meters) on process lines
Security system upgrades at the site level
Management of minor capital projects

Position Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead one or more concurrent projects from execution through completion, ensuring delivery against defined Quality, Cost, and Timeline goals. You will interface with cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, engineering SMEs, and third-party contractors.

Core Responsibilities
Lead projects aligned with guidance from the Project Sponsor and Steering Committee
Apply the Michelin Group Project Methodology (e.g., Compass, Governance, GPS, Budget Tracking, Milestone Management)
Ensure compliance with internal project documentation standards and tools
Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate change management strategies
Coordinate with internal production personnel and external contractors to ensure smooth execution
Communicate project updates and resolve challenges proactively

Team Structure
You will be leading a core team of ~28 people, including:
Michelin PMO staff and Subject Matter Experts
Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Engineers
Project team from contracted firm

Qualifications Must Haves
B.S. or B.E. in Chemical or Civil Engineering
4 6+ years of project management experience in brownfield industrial manufacturing environments (chemical production preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Preferred Qualifications
PMP and/or Lean Certification
Prior experience with large-scale construction projects in consulting or professional services roles
Experience managing projects in chemical or industrial manufacturing facilities
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how to align project outcomes with operational needs
