Electrical In-charge to lead electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for our machine shop operations. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in CNC machines, utilities, and industrial electrical systems, ensuring smooth operations, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Lead and execute electrical maintenance of CNC/lathe machines, milling (4th axis), welding & drilling support equipment.
- Handle motors, VFDs, DG sets, transformers, EOT cranes, forklifts & hydra cranes.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns, minimize downtime, and ensure plant efficiency.
- Ensure electrical safety compliance, load management, and adherence to standards.
- Supervise technicians, provide technical guidance, and manage spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with production teams for timely support.
- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5?10 years? experience in electrical maintenance at manufacturing/industrial sites.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, motors, VFDs, utilities, and heavy electrical systems.
- Proven background in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting & safety compliance.
- Leadership and team management skills.
