Job Description:
The UKG Business Intelligence (BI) Report Writer Consultant will assist with UKG Pro Workforce Management Project for approximately three to six months. The UKG BI Report Writer is responsible for working with Payroll to create identified reports. This role will also work closely with our Human Resources and Payroll Departments to ensure that appropriate policies procedures are adhered to within the implementation(s) and that the existing live functionality is not negatively impacted.
In collaboration with department and project management, the consultant will advise the project team of all risks and efficiencies and schedule any required procedures or knowledge transfer. The consultant will guide and perform design, testing and training as needed by the project team.
This will be a remote position and be open to working EST hours.
Responsibilities
The UKG BI Report Writer is responsible for working with HR and Payroll to create identified reports
It allows management and users the insight and knowledge required to make effective decisions with concise data relevant to your business operations
Understands the gap between the current conditions and the desired future state
Works effectively with others to solve problems and make decisions; seeks input from partners
Identifies issues and addresses them in a timely, data-driven, and transparent manner to achieve sustainable and optimal results

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expert UKG & Excel knowledge
Experience with UKG BI (Cognos)
Experience writing SQL
Strong background (3 plus years) in HR/Payroll data
Reporting/analytics experience
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
Strong work ethic and team player.
High degree of professionalism.
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills.
Ability to communicate with various levels of management.
Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Pay Range: $40 - $45

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
