Field Service Representative
Key Role:

Perform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of company and government-sensitive and classified information. Apply basic principles, theories, concepts, and limited industry knowledge. Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Refer more complex issues to higher levels. Work under direct supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) suite
• 5+ years of experience working with VoIP or PBX telephony systems and software, hardware, or telecommunications standards
• 3+ years of experience installing and configuring Instant Messaging systems such as Cisco Jabber, Webex, or Microsoft Teams and Presence Services
• 3+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing Cisco voice and video endpoints, including VoIP and VTC
• 3+ years of experience configuring both hardware and software in a DoD environment
• Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with network engineering
• Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including leading technically varied teams for successful deliveries on complex engineering programs to support products, services, and operations
• Experience with VMware
• Ability to load virtual machines
• Bachelor's degree
• Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, or ISC2 CISSP Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
