Job Position: Mailbox Operations Specialist
Location: Dallas TX or Atlanta GA
Duration: Long term Contract
Job Description:
Manage tperson ILEC Meet-Point Mailbox, processing ~400 monthly requests for circuit information between CLLI codes.
Respond to customer requests for meet-point information, perform redesigns, and personlp establish new meet-points.
Operate tperson XML mailbox to process requests for establishing or updating Local Service Request (LSR) XML Gateway connectivity.
Create CLEC test and production APPL IDs to facilitate customer order submissions.
Coordinate and facilitate calls among test managers, IT, and customers for platform testing, troubleshooting, and migrations.
Understand circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operations.
Bacpersonlor's degree strongly preferred, or 5 8 years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, or technical support.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with LSRs, XML gateway interfaces, and wholesale telecom processes.
Skilled in technical troubleshooting and customer communication.
Ability to manage and prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment.
