Guiding Care Analyst

Vega is hiring! 100% remote position. Only candidates working with Guiding Care App
Analysis experience will be considered for this role.

• 8 years relevant systems/technical analysis
• Candidate must have expert working knowledge of using the business rules engine, FICO embedded in care management tool, GuidingCare.
• Expert working knowledge of FICO Rules Engine
• Candidate will be responsible for building new rules, updating new rules and optimizing the rule tables' design for a critical deliverable for 12/15/25
• Candidate must have work experience in critical and emerging systems and data analysis and implements tools and technology for the whole enterprise.
• Design, and deliver management systems. Build, manage, and sustain critical systems, business and data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Owns data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Lead cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members.
• Ability to navigate through various complex systems, deliver quality solution with in budget and schedule.
• Ability to understand projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives.
• Knowledge of architecture, application development, data structure and analysis techniques and methods.
• Proficiency in reading security patterns and audit reports to adhere with standards
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Understanding of Project Management and translating organization objectives into goals.
