Job Title: Sharepoint Online BSA Principle

Duration: 4+ Months (Possibility of extension)

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$70.00/hour.

The Senior SharePoint Online BSA is a highly skilled and experienced professional responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of SharePoint Online solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint Online, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint Online solutions that meet the needs of the business.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites and applications.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online workflows and automation.
• Provide support to end users of SharePoint Online.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SharePoint Online features and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience with SharePoint Online development, configuration, and customization.
• Experience with SharePoint Online workflows and automation.
• Experience with SharePoint Online support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

- 10 + years of experience

- Work through issues

- Need to be professional, speaking with different parts of the business

- Needs to be able to be the middle man from the business to the developers

- Experience creating wireframes that show the user a mock up of finished project

- Needs independent and self driven

- Needs recent Sharepoint Online experience
