We are currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a crucial migration project. This initiative involves transitioning the procurement of leased infrastructure from a third-party Telecom Expense Management (TEM) system to ERP. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Telecom and Network Service inventory, billing, payment processes, and purchasing, as well as experience working in complex TEM environments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Extract, verify, and validate detailed billing account data and supplier information from the existing TEM system for Fusion setup.
• Reconcile service inventory with invoices from telecom suppliers globally.
• Prepare and manage Purchase Requisition (PR) requests for test, production, and internal funding approval workflows.
• Communicate funding amounts to Line of Business (LOB) owners and receive their approvals.
• Create and manage Master Billing Account and Subaccount records in test and production environments. Populate billing reference IDs accordingly.
• Participate in testing, resolve errors, and secure approvals within the testing environment.
• Prepare Reader Invoice Mapping files where necessary.
• Customize supplier communication letters and confirm supplier acceptance of new processes.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Proficiency inExceland experience withERP systems.
• Familiarity with Telecom Expense Management (TEM), particularly Telecom/Network Service inventory, billing, payment, and purchasing processes.

Nice to Have:

• SQL skills.
• Experience with Cloud ERP.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a complex TEM environment working with major carriers or TEM providers.
• Advanced knowledge of Telecom inventory billing, commercial terms, and auditing functions.
• Ability to read Carrier Customer Service Records (CSRs) and invoices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
