Job Title: RPA AA Project Manager
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- RPA Tech lead/PM is responsible for leading the successful implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects from start to finish.
- The role requires the skill to identify, analyze, and designs automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve efficiency and streamline business processes.
- Their responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, documenting processes, gathering requirements, and working with developers to implement "bots" that automate repetitive tasks.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management and leading complex projects.
- Understanding of RPA principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Work experience in implementing automation solution using Automation Anywhere tool is required.
- Strong understanding of business and process analysis
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Certification on PMP and/or Agile methodology preferred.
Required Education: At least a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.
