Role Overview:

We are seeking an Product Development Associate to join the Whole Life and Term Product Development team within the Life Insurance Solutions division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the innovation and enhancement of life insurance offerings in a highly collaborative and cross-functional role.
The Product Development Associate will serve as the Product Owner for the team, acting as the primary liaison between product development and our technology partners. This role will be instrumental in facilitating the successful implementation of system solutions that support product enhancements and launches. In addition to this core responsibility, the associate will participate in a wide range of product development functions including pricing strategy, marketing initiatives, and field communication.

What You'll Do:
Serve as the team's product owner and represent product development in technology planning and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define, prioritize, and deliver work increments that align with product goals
Support the design and implementation of product enhancements and new product initiatives
Assist in the development and refinement of pricing models and business cases
Help create training materials, sales enablement tools, and marketing content for the field
Prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint
Support communication efforts to socialize product initiatives with internal teams and field agents

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Foundational understanding of life insurance industry is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Jira or other Agile tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $62,400-$90,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
