The resources will leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions that support the organization's business objectives. This role focuses on maximizing business value and optimizing flow by guiding agile teams to meet their goals. The Agile Delivery Owners ensure effective coordination within and across teams, providing transparency on delivery progress to key stakeholders. Additionally, they foster a culture of continuous improvement, help identify and address risks and promote collaboration and trust across teams.

responsibilities:
- Consistently leveraging lean and agile practices to achieve outcomes.
- Orchestrates planning and coordination activities across multiple teams, protecting the teams against interference and over commitment, ensuring optimal team focus and sustainable productivity to achieve high-value outcomes.
- Advises Product Owners in backlog management to ensure clear prioritization across teams.
- Monitors key performance metrics to assess the health of coordinating teams. Shares metrics with teams to celebrate progress and generate improvement ideas.
Uses performance and progress metrics to increase transparency and predictability in meeting commitments.
- Facilitates the adoption and evolution of agile practices with the goal of improving how the organization produces high quality and high value outcomes.
- Aligns teams with strategic goals through transparent sequencing of work, clear identification of dependencies, and manages risks and issues that affect delivery, developing mitigation plans and ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate information organization-wide, ensuring that all events are not only positive and productive but also set new standards for efficiency and effectiveness within the time box.
- Ensures delivery standards across multiple teams.
- Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices.
- Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II, plus Agile Leadership Certification required in addition to the above education and/or experience.

- Experience with Azure Dev Ops Tool.
- Experienced in Scrum and its complete framework.
