Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Agile Product/Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience working in a project or program management role in capital markets (or military equivalent experience).
What You Will Be Doing
- Understand internal and external dependencies.
- Work with Product Team and external partners to make sure dependencies are documented / managed.
- Track Product impediments (L2 and above) and escalate to appropriate stakeholders when impediment mitigation/remediation is headed off-track.
- Coordinate with external product owners to understand their cadence/Jira Usage models and instruct internal product team members of how to best coordinate.
- Assure that needed external product stakeholders can/do attend key product cadences (special focus on quarterly planning).
- Own meeting preparation & run monthly Product Steering Committees.
- Design and manage the agenda and logistics for quarterly planning.
- Manage all internal communication and or common groups (AD Groups, Distribution Lists, etc.).
