Position Summary:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team and help keep our production equipment running at peak performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical systems that support our high-volume food manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment, including fryers, conveyors, pumps, motors, and packaging machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and implement effective repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules to minimize downtime.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment status.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
- Keep tools, work areas, and maintenance shop clean and organized.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or mechanic role, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and control panels is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
