IT - Systems Administrator role is to install, secure, administer, and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems, including active directory, M365/Entra ID, domain services, Windows Server Platforms, enterprise storage, Multi-Cloud/Hybrid Services and virtualized environments across the Americas for data center, and branch offices.
Requirements:
- B.S degree in computer science, information technology, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years equivalent work experience in a position responsible for managing active directory domain services, server and storage environments for data centers and branch offices.
- 3+ years managing Azure or AWS cloud IaaS infrastructure. 3+ years managing or architecting a SIEM platform.
- Experience with Cisco UCS C-Series server platform; installing, configuring, and maintaining all aspects of server hardware and associated network equipment.
- Experience with large-scale server virtualization utilizing VMWare.
- Backup infrastructure experience utilizing modern data protection solutions Commvault/Metallic, are a plus.
- Familiarity with managing Linux and Linux-based appliances, Hyper-V, and Configuration Management tools such as Puppet, Ansible, and Microsoft DSC.
- Experience with Hybrid Exchange environments, Solar Winds Orion or other Server and Application Performance monitoring solutions, HPE/Nimble and Dell/EMC SAN Management, SQL Server Clusters, SharePoint and other business applications are a plus.
- Demonstrated Experience migrating on-premises infrastructure, services and applications to major Cloud Service Providers is a huge-plus.
