REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelors or Associates in any field

Top 5 REQUIRED Attributes:

1. 5+ years of experience managing corporate-scale print services and infrastructure
2. Demonstrated success in printer refresh projects
3. Strong understanding of printer compliance and security best practices
4. Proficient in a Print Management Software tool (Web Jetadmin, Printerlogic, Streamline NX, etc.)
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable making recommendations based on expertise

Our client requires a resource who will meet the following job description:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for print services, including a global printer refresh project
Administer and maintain the global printer map using PrinterLogic
Oversee and optimize the print environment using Streamline NX, Web Jetadmin, and Windows Print Server
Monitor and maintain printer fleet health and compliance
Implement and enforce device compliance policies using Streamline NX and Web Jetadmin
Coordinate with the security team to apply required security measures across the printer fleet
Support printer vendor transitions and refresh initiatives
Represent the print platform in cross-functional projects (e.g., location moves, security initiatives)
Collaborate with the fleet manager and print support operations team in weekly reviews to address open items, issue trends, and escalations
Provide guidance and technical expertise to resolve complex print service challenges
Collect and analyze print fleet data, including printer locations, page volumes, device age, and usage trends to support lifecycle management and replacement planning
General print, network, and information security experience
