About the Role

We're hiring a Marketing Analyst who's ready to take a hands-on role in shaping how data guides our marketing strategy. This position is all about using numbers to drive smarter decisions-whether you're analyzing campaign performance, tracking ROI, or building dashboards to help teams stay aligned. You'll work across departments, own key pieces of Salesforce reporting, and help streamline how we measure success. We want someone who's not just responding to requests-but actively looking for ways to make our marketing stronger and more efficient.

What You'll Do

  • Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams

  • Create and manage dashboards and reports that show performance trends, campaign impact, and customer acquisition metrics

  • Work directly in Salesforce-updating reports, maintaining data quality, and helping users get what they need

  • Support planning and forecasting with updated data and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas where we can improve lead flow, campaign ROI, and funnel conversion

  • Monitor our marketing efforts to spot underperforming areas and recommend fixes

  • Run audits and clean-ups to make sure our CRM data is reliable and consistent

  • Use tools like Tableau or Salesforce to create visual reports that drive decisions

  • Handle one-off analysis requests and dig into specific problems or opportunities as they come up

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data-driven marketing role

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (dashboards, reporting, configuration, and data management)

  • Proficient in Tableau, Google Analytics, and Excel

  • Experince in Salesforce data migrations

  • Strong organizational and time management skills-you can juggle multiple projects without missing the details

  • Ability to present findings clearly and tailor your communication to different teams

  • A data-driven mindset-you enjoy working through problems and figuring out how to improve systems

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Confidence working with large datasets and different tools to develop insights and improve performance

Bonus Points

  • Salesforce Trailhead certifications

  • Experience setting up Salesforce or helping manage implementation projects

  • Familiarity with Pardot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially for journey/email building)

  • Experience supporting a global or multi-region business

Other Things to Know

  • This is a US-based ONLY remote role

  • Occasional travel (less than 15%) may be needed for team meetings or events
