Job Title: Change Management Analyst
Client Type: Healthcare - Medical Device
Location: Fort Worth, TX - onsite
Contract Duration: 6 months - contract to hire

Overview
As a Technical Product Leader focused on Cloud and DevOps, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that align business needs with technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, data engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and efficient software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between the development team and business stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on technical aspects.
Architecture Alignment: Collaborate closely with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure the products architecture aligns with business goals.
Backlog Management: Prioritize features and technical debt, manage the product backlog, and ensure that the infrastructure meets scalability, security, and performance requirements.
Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.
Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to support the implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
System Integration: Define and oversee the integration of various software components, third-party systems, and APIs to create cohesive and interoperable solutions.
Prototyping and Proof of Concepts: Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
Observability Implementation: Design and implement observability solutions, including monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities, to ensure visibility into platform performance, health, and behavior.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to solution architecture and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Performance Optimization: Collaborate with developers to optimize the performance of software applications, conducting performance analysis and implementing necessary optimizations.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software engineering and architecture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working as a Technical Product Manager or Owner, or in a similar role within software engineering.
Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and software architecture.
Experience in Agile methodologies and product management.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Expertise in digital platform architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, with a strong foundation in software development.
In-depth knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and management.
Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.
Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.
Proficiency in using Git for version control, branching, and merging strategies, ensuring effective collaboration and code management across development teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
