Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Procurement Cloud modules (including Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal and Procurement Contracts). Be the point person to do any proof of concepts within Cloud procurement.

Lead the end to end implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions: requirements gathering, process design, solution configuration, testing, deployment, and post go live support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future state processes leveraging Oracle best practices.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documentation.

Conduct fit gap analyses, develop functional design documents, and configure Oracle Procurement Cloud modules accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field.

8+ years of experience with Oracle Procurement modules, with at least 4+ years on Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.

Strong functional knowledge of end to end procurement processes (P2P, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, etc.).

Proven track record of leading Oracle Procurement Cloud implementations and upgrades.

Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).

Familiarity with related Oracle Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Order Management, etc.).

Agile/Scrum experience.
