Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead our clients technical initiatives, drive DevOps excellence, and ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud-native applications. This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise in modern cloud platforms, containerization, and AI-driven development practices, combined with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or Cloud Engineering leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation.
- Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, Aerospike, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development and ML model integration.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring teams and leading cross-domain engineering initiatives.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead a cross-functional team through Agile/Scrum methodologies and efficient release management practices.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to plan and onboard new projects and applications.
- Translate high-level architecture into detailed design and guide the team with technical oversight and best practices.
- Design, architect, and deploy cloud-native applications using Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Manage and optimize databases including MongoDB, Aerospike, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop and support CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and reliability.
- Leverage AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation.
- Integrate AI/ML models to support data analytics, visualization, and process automation.
- Apply AI/ML solutions to address business and operational challenges.
- Foster a culture of quality, driving excellence even under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, Product Management, Architecture, and SRE, as well as offshore resources.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Present data-driven solutions, debate constructively, and commit to team decisions.
- Lead and mentor multiple teams, promoting engineering best practices and technical growth across domains.
