Pay: $65.77 Hourly
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst (Veeva) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Working within the Medical Operations team, you will manage technical issues and support enhance data architecture, driving efficient solutions.
- Your contributions will ensure seamless alignment between IT and medical field operations, providing invaluable insights through analytics and BI support.
- In this role, you will be responsible for fostering effective communication, support leading technical project management, and translating complex data into actionable reports.
- Support Field Medical teams with Veeva-related issues, interfacing directly with users.
- Input and manage tickets in SNOW, following up on reported issues.
- Coordinate periodic CRM updates in partnership with Field Medical Excellence.
- Bachelor's degree and experience with Veeva CRM, MS Power BI, SNOW (ServiceNow) and JIRA ticketing systems.
- This is a W2 position, unable to support C2C
