Vaco is hiring several Electrical Engineers for direct hire roles located in Mason, OH.

Vaco has partnered with a fast-growing engineering firm that is expanding its team in the 2026 New Year.
As part of their continued investment and long-term growth, our client is adding multiple Electrical Engineers to support next-generation, carbon-free and zero-pollution energy solutions within highly regulated industries.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization that is scaling thoughtfully and building out its engineering team with professionals who want to grow alongside the business.
What You'll Do:
- Contribute to hardware design, PCB (CAD), analog circuits, and electronics testing
- Reverse-engineer and refurbish legacy or obsolete components
- Certify and test parts for use in regulated systems
- Collaborate within a small, startup-style team where engineers are encouraged to take ownership and expand their skill sets
What They're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience (open to early-career engineers eager to grow)
- A growth mindset with curiosity and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in at least one of the following: hardware design, PCB layout, electronics testing, or analog circuits
