Job Summary:
The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing HCM solutions, conducting system configurations, managing testing activities, and supporting end users through the full system lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across HCM processes.
Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as:
Absence Management
Payroll
Benefits
Time and Labor
Perform system setup, testing, and validation to ensure alignment with business needs.
Design and support integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party or legacy systems.
Develop functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, and user training materials.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live and post-production activities.
Collaborate with technical teams for data conversion, reporting, and interface development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth system performance and user satisfaction.
Keep up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, patches, and new features.
