Job Details

The CRM Developer will design, customize, and maintain CRM applications to support enterprise business processes. The role requires strong technical expertise in CRM platforms, application development, and system integration, with a focus on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • CRM Development & Customization
    • Design, develop, and enhance CRM applications.
    • Customize forms, entities, workflows, and business process flows.
    • Develop plugins, custom components, and automation.
  • Integration & Support
    • Integrate CRM with enterprise applications using APIs/web services.
    • Perform data migration, synchronization, and consistency checks.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize CRM performance.
  • Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and QA teams.
    • Document designs, configurations, and technical workflows.
    • Support Agile/Scrum delivery processes.
  • Compliance & Best Practices
    • Ensure compliance with Vanguard s security, audit, and governance standards.
    • Follow coding best practices, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 7+ years of CRM development experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Salesforce CRM also considered).
  • Strong coding experience in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Azure services.
  • Strong understanding of CRM plugins, workflows, and business rules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Financial Services / Investment Management domain experience.
  • CRM cloud migration knowledge.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS).
