We are seeking a seasoned IIoT Architect to lead the design, strategy, and governance of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role will be pivotal in driving the integration of IIoT with MES, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems to enable data-driven automation, predictive maintenance, and intelligent operations.Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Roadmap Development
  • Define and execute a scalable IIoT strategy aligned with overall digital transformation objectives.
  • Create phased roadmaps, establish KPIs, and ensure measurable business value from IIoT initiatives.
Standards & Governance
  • Develop and enforce IIoT standards and best practices related to connectivity, device lifecycle management, data security, and compliance (e.g., NIST, ISA-95, IEC 62443).
Data Architecture & Analytics
  • Design robust, scalable IIoT data architectures using cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Enable real-time data processing, advanced analytics, and AI/ML capabilities for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and operational insights.
Predictive & Autonomous Manufacturing
  • Leverage IIoT to enable condition-based monitoring and real-time production optimization through intelligent automation technologies.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with IT, OT, data science teams, and plant operations to ensure seamless IIoT implementation.
  • Manage relationships with technology partners and advise senior leadership on IIoT maturity models and ROI.
Security & Compliance
  • Ensure IIoT systems are aligned with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
