Role: Quadient CCM Developer

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Covington, Ohio (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Quadient CCM Engineer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Quadient modules and a proven ability to integrate CCM platforms with external systems in a high-performance environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using Quadient Inspire Designer, Automation, and Scaler.
  • Lead efforts in Quadient Interactive design and support version upgrades and workflow enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CCM systems with external platforms (APIs, databases, third-party applications).
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Ensure high-quality communication outputs aligned with branding and compliance standards.
  • Participate in solution design reviews, system testing, and deployment support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Suite (Designer, Automation, Scaler).
  • Strong understanding of metadata-driven CCM architectures and system integration.
  • Experience with workflow versioning, platform upgrades, and production support in CCM.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across the entire CCM pipeline.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.

Secondary Skills (Preferred):

  • Exposure to other CCM tools such as OpenText Exstream, Smart Communications, or similar.
  • Familiarity with other document design and generation tools across the CCM ecosystem.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
