Title: Manager, IT CRM

Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$91000-$130000/Yrs

Description
* Lead the strategic and operational management of CRM platforms.
* Spearhead the transition to a next-generation CRM solution.
* Drive transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
* Guide a team through significant technological change.
* Act as the primary liaison between IT and key business units.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary IT owner and subject matter expert for CRM platforms.
* Develop the roadmap for CRM platform transition, ensuring minimal disruption.
* Oversee ongoing operation, support, and enhancement of existing CRM environments.
* Lead the end-to-end planning, selection, design, and implementation of new CRM platforms.
* Conduct thorough assessments of current and future business needs.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Define and oversee data migration strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 5-9 years of IT experience, including 5 years in CRM systems leadership.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale IT projects.
* Experience with other major CRM platforms is a significant plus.
* Strong understanding of CRM best practices pertaining to business information.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
