Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 - Hybrid

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support across our Treasury organization, including:
    • Timely defect resolution
    • Enhancement or automation requests
    • New feature releases
    • Testing and training opportunities
  • Create and maintain a mapping of business processes and related systems controls (security) across the various systems.
  • Partner with Treasury to transform business objectives and requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Analyze technical and functional integrations; understand connectivity types and effectively partner internally to ensure compliance across all Treasury connected services.
  • Influence partners and coach others to adopt new processes, inspiring change across the organization.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Lead and manage Treasury-related projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered:
    • On time
    • Within scope
    • Within budget
  • Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path items.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of finance systems experience, specifically with:
    • Technical and functional knowledge of SAP S4HANA:
      • FSCM Credit Management
      • Dispute Management
      • Credit exposure
      • Treasury and Risk Management:
        • Exposure Management
        • Hedge Management
        • Hedge Accounting
        • Reporting
      • Cash Management
      • General Ledger (GL)
      • Accounts Receivable (Billing and Payments)
  • Understanding of SAP database tables and SAP security roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience with:
    • Treasury Management Systems
    • CRM systems (D365, SFDC)
    • Ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Systematic understanding of corporate treasury, including:
    • Global cash management
    • Payments
    • Bank relationships
    • Investments
    • Debt
    • Corporate finance
    • Foreign exchange
  • Passion for problem-solving and ability to:
    • Think through problems creatively and systematically
    • Prioritize issues
    • Identify and evaluate alternative solutions
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience:
    • Leading cross-functional teams
