We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Change Manager to lead and execute organizational change initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication abilities, strong emotional intelligence, and deep expertise in driving adoption across diverse business groups. The ideal candidate excels at influence without authority, uses data to shape decisions, and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end organizational change management (OCM) activities across multiple initiatives.
- Develop and execute communication strategies using email, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Wiki, newsletters, video content, and infographics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change readiness, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Influence stakeholders and project teams toward a unified vision and shared goals without direct authority.
- Utilize metrics, insights, and analytics to assess change adoption and refine ongoing change approaches.
- Create visually compelling materials and storytelling assets; experience in Adobe Suite is a strong plus.
- Navigate ambiguous situations with flexibility, resilience, and problem-solving mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Organizational Change Management, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on OCM experience with proven principles and frameworks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple formats.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence without authority, and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, functions, and leadership layers.
- Technical proficiency with reporting, metrics, and data analytics.
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills; experience with the Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
