Position: Workday Functional with Talent and Recruitment exp

Qualifications
- Need to have strong Functional experience in Workday on Talent and Recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
- Experience configuring Workday Recruiting and Talent Management business processes (Job Application, Offer, Employment Agreement, Performance, Goals, Career, Talent Review, Skills, etc.).
- Experience with Workday Report development including creation of complex calc fields.
- Functional knowledge that works in conjunction with Workday Recruiting and Performance, including HCM, Compensation, Integrations, etc.
- Workday HCM, T&A, Recruiting, Integrations (preferred)
- Experience directing solution design, business processes redesign and aligning business requirements to technical solutions in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of Workday solutions while executing day-to-day activities across managed services engagements including system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvements, and strategic road mapping, all supported by thorough documentation of configuration decisions and solution design
- Lead post-production optimization efforts, including new feature enablement and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to support their development and ensure quality delivery
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning, including business processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning, ensuring alignment with client-specific workflows and organizational strategies
