Job Title: Mobile Support Engineer
Experience Level: 7-15 years
Location: Montreal Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week
Role Profile
EUT Mobile Endpoint Squad is looking to hire a Mobile Support Engineer who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firms bring-your-own-device and corporate mobile offerings. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation a strategic mind-set great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team.
Role and responsibilities
- Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure
- Perform incident diagnosis troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.
- Deploy mobile services tools and applications required for Microsoft Intune.
- Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.
- Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.
- Create operational support documentation.
- Willing to work on call every 2 months on the weekend.
Skills required
- Experience with Mobile device management with MobileIron Microsoft Intune Blackberry AirWatch or similar platform in a large enterprise
- Strong grasp of IT infrastructure fundamentals networks databases load balancers IT security
- Automation and integration experience using PowerShell Perl Python or Shell
- Strong knowledge of mobile operating systems iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and internet protocols
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible fast paced enterprise environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Office 365 and Intune App protection policies
- Knowledge in computer and mobile security concepts
- Basic development knowledge on iOS and/or Android
- Experience in networking load balancers and firewalls
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75.86 - $75.86/hr.

- Travailler au sein de l'quipe Mobile Endpoint Squad, responsable du support de l'infrastructure Microsoft Intune.
- Diagnostiquer, rsoudre et escalader les incidents lis aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Dployer les services, outils et applications mobiles ncessaires Microsoft Intune.
- Optimiser et transfrer les tches l'quipe offshore de niveau 2.
- tre responsable des processus de gestion des incidents et des changements.
- Rdiger la documentation de support oprationnel.
- tre disponible pour des astreintes tous les deux mois, le week-end.
Comptences requises
- Exprience en gestion de dispositifs mobiles avec MobileIron, Microsoft Intune, Blackberry, AirWatch ou une plateforme similaire dans un environnement d'entreprise.
- Bonne comprhension des fondamentaux de l'infrastructure IT : rseaux, bases de donnes, quilibreurs de charge, scurit informatique.
- Exprience en automatisation et intgration avec PowerShell, Perl, Python ou Shell.
- Connaissance approfondie des systmes d'exploitation mobiles iOS et Android.
- Bonne comprhension des concepts de rseau de base et des protocoles Internet.
- Capacit travailler en quipe et de manire autonome.
- Solides comptences en analyse et en rsolution de problmes dans un environnement d'entreprise dynamique et trs visible.
- Excellentes comptences en communication orale et crite.
