Job Description
We are seeking a FullStack Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience across infrastructure engineering, networking, security, automation, and IoT systems. This is a hands-on engineering role that involves driving Proof of Concepts (PoC), Request for Proposals (RFP), and Request for Enhancements (RFE) while collaborating with global technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across server platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac), network/security layers, automation scripting, and IoT/OT devices in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support infrastructure-related PoC, RFP, and RFE initiatives.
- Manage applications & infrastructure lifecycle, including integrations with network/security layers.
- Administer and troubleshoot network & security configurations: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, DMZ setups, AD/LDAP, Kerberos, RBAC, SSO.
- Perform server administration (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix, and vendor-specific systems such as CA, BMC, IBM DataPower).
- Develop automation scripts in PowerShell, Python, Perl, Shell to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
- Provide support and troubleshooting for IoT/OT devices (BMS, lighting controls, occupancy & air quality systems).
- Work with SecDesign & global tech teams to ensure compliance and secure deployments.
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders to evaluate, implement, and upgrade solutions.
Required Skills:
- 6 10 years of Infrastructure/Systems Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in network & security administration (firewalls, proxies, load balancers, authentication protocols).
- Hands-on server administration (Windows, Linux, Mac, Unix).
- Automation & scripting expertise in PowerShell, Python, Perl, or Shell.
- Strong understanding of IoT/OT devices and integration in enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with PoC/RFP/RFE processes and vendor evaluations.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills in global team environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications: CCNA, AWS, Azure, or Security certifications a plus.
- Prior experience in BFSI / Capital Markets environments.
