Hiring: W2 Candidates Only



Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define project requirements and technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java and related technologies.
  • Ensure coding standards, best practices, and code reviews are maintained across the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive improvements in system design, architecture, and performance.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with at least 2+ years in a lead or architect role.
  • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Expertise in database technologies (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).
  • Strong knowledge of retail industry processes (e-commerce, POS, inventory, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
