Job Description
Collaborate closely with business teams to become subject matter experts in sales, merchandising, and retail processes-both digital and physical-while identifying solution needs and opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding business goals, facilitating workshops, and asking insightful questions that uncover root challenges-not just surface-level requirements.
Drive strategic planning and future-state roadmaps in partnership with global stakeholders, using methodologies like Design Thinking and Agile to recommend innovative, customer-centric process improvements.
Lead both solution design and project execution, balancing strategic vision with attention to detail to deliver scalable, maintainable outcomes.
Proactively propose enhancements that go beyond initial asks, ensuring solutions are flexible and built for long-term success.
Partner with leadership to develop business cases, secure budgets, and define measurable success criteria for each initiative.
Apply a standardized project lifecycle-from scoping and requirements to testing and implementation-ensuring consistency and quality across all efforts.
Support critical business processes by promoting data integrity, governance, and compliance, especially within Salesforce.
Serve as the Salesforce expert, designing and configuring enhancements that align with business needs and deliver strong ROI.
Build insightful dashboards, reports, and alerts that empower data-driven decision-making.
Manage user acceptance testing, including script development and sign-off coordination.
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, preparing the business for success from day one.
Engage regularly with Salesforce on platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Tableau CRM.
Required skills:
Background in sales operations, partner enablement, and channel management is highly desirable.
5+ years of experience in business analysis and Salesforce administration, leading large-scale CRM and PRM implementations in enterprise environments.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, with a strong grasp of platform best practices.
Proven ability to assess business requirements and determine the appropriate solution path-whether through configuration, customization, or integration with external systems.
Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce features such as user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, Lightning components, and managed packages.
Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem and a strong understanding of how to leverage native and third-party tools to extend platform functionality.
Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivering iterative, high-impact solutions.
Skilled in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including project scoping, timeline management, process mapping, requirements documentation, UAT coordination, and change management.
Proficient in using project management and process documentation tools to support collaboration and transparency.
Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and leveraging Salesforce data tools for analysis and reporting.
Advanced ability to design and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports, with a preference for experience in Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Strong understanding of system security, data governance, and access control best practices.
