Job Description:

  • The Marketing team is seeking an experienced Social Media Campaign Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end development and execution of large-scale social marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and execution, owning campaigns from initial briefing through production, launch, and performance reporting.
  • This is a highly cross-functional role that partners closely with creative agencies, analysts, channel managers, legal, PR, and broader marketing teams to deliver culturally relevant, audience-first campaigns across major social platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of social marketing campaigns, from initial brief through launch and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop clear, actionable campaign briefs informed by audience insights, platform trends, cultural relevance, and business objectives.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with creative agencies to develop campaign strategy, creative concepts, and content.
  • Oversee content production and campaign activations, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality.
  • Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, dependencies, risks, mitigations, and budgets.
  • Partner with analysts to define measurement frameworks, interpret performance data, and translate insights into future optimizations.
  • Collaborate closely with social channel managers to ensure smooth handoff and publishing of campaign content.
  • Coordinate with Go-To-Market, PR, and Legal teams to ensure messaging alignment, approvals, and risk management.
  • Lead agency teams and manage multiple internal stakeholders through clear communication, alignment, and expectation-setting.
  • Report campaign performance, engagement results, and key learnings to senior stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with the last 5+ years focused specifically on social media marketing.
  • Proven experience leading and delivering large-scale social marketing campaigns at highly complex, cross-functional organizations.
  • Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X etc.), audiences, and platform-specific behaviors.
  • Strong marketing strategy background with the ability to turn insights into impactful campaign ideas.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including ownership of timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading agency teams.
  • Experience working in or with household-name brands that are culturally relevant to Gen Z and Millennials.
  • Experience partnering with creative agencies (preferred over media-buying agencies).
