Job Details

Role: Sr Salesforce Tester AUA

Location: Linthicum, MD - Hybrid twice a week in the office

The Role

This role includes testing units, manuals, automation, load, functions, implementation, etc. and review codes for bugs, design, scale, and maintain complex salesforce test frameworks.

Skills Requirements

Manual and Automation (Selenium/ Cucumber Framework or any contemporary) with Salesforce testing

Requirements

5-8 years of relevant QA technical experience. - This is a standard industry requirement for a mid-to-senior level QA role. -Salesforce

Automation (Selenium/Cucumber Framework) Salesforce testing. - Specifies the required automation tools and domain expertise.

Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & and concepts is required. - Indicates a need for specific knowledge related to Salesforce.

Experience testing the Salesforce platform is required. - Reiterates the importance of hands-on experience with Salesforce testing.

Experience in Web Services Testing is preferred (but not mandatory). - Provides an additional skill preference.

Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases. - Standard QA responsibility to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Review design specifications to ensure understanding of the project. - Emphasizes the importance of understanding project requirements.

Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure project coverage. - Stresses the need for thorough test planning.

Develop, document, and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used. - Standard QA documentation and scripting responsibility.

Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results. - Core testing activities, including reporting results.

Identify any potential quality issues and immediately report to the manager. - Encourages proactive identification and reporting of issues.

Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes. - Standard bug tracking and verification process.

Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications. - Highlights the importance of communication and adaptability.

Communicate with development and project management. - Emphasizes collaboration and communication within the team.

Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics. - Indicates leadership potential and the importance of teamwork.

Strong communication skills are required (oral and written). - Reiterates the need for effective communication.
