Job Description
- Need a strong techno manager with DBA skill.
- Candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on DBA skill in Oracle/PostgreSQL.
- Must be able to understand customer requirements, plan efforts, assign, track and report the progress with Customer and Management.
- Must be strong in communication and presentation. Self-motivated to work on challenging environment to bring stability to the DBA program.
- Focus on implementing automation.
- Should have technically managed 30 40-member team in India and US.
- Should be willing to go beyond miles to deliver the requirement on-time.
- Risk planning, mitigation skills are needed
- The role is to manage the DBA team s priorities, tracking, and deliverables
