As a MECM Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on MECM Engineer joining our team to play a crucial role in ensuring secure, stable, and scalable endpoint management across the enterprise using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).

How a MECM Engineer will Make an Impact:

  • Collaborates closely with a cross-functional IT infrastructure team, cybersecurity staff, and service desk technicians to ensure seamless endpoint management across a large enterprise environment.
  • Works with team members to identify and resolve issues related to software deployment, patching failures, and operating system imaging challenges, driving efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Engages with a proactive and solutions-oriented team that values automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement in endpoint configuration management.
  • Responsible for managing the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment, including software packaging, patch management, operating system deployment, and compliance reporting-ensuring systems stay secure, updated, and operational for mission success.
  • Leverages MECM/SCCM, PowerShell, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11 expertise to deploy and maintain thousands of endpoints with precision, efficiency, and scalability.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of related experience in endpoint management and system administration, including MECM/SCCM

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with MECM/SCCM in enterprise environments
  • Experience with operating system deployment (OSD), task sequences, and application packaging
  • PowerShell scripting for automation
  • Familiarity with patching and compliance reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in team settings

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Intune and Autopilot (co-management scenarios)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) or Power BI
ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102)
