Job summary
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, with a focus on Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD) integrations with Workday and ServiceNow. This role requires strong technical fluency in IAM concepts, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and a track record of successful enterprise system integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of IAM integration projects involving Entra, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor resources to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes across multiple systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
Required Skillsets & Experience
- 5+ yearsof project management experience in IT or cybersecurity domains.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Hands-on experience integrating Microsoft Entra with Workday and ServiceNow, including workflows, SCIM provisioning, and SSO configurations.
- Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, HR-driven provisioning, and ITSM processes.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
NetSec App Replacement Goals this is the first project to be assigned.
- Automate user lifecycle management by integrating Workday as the system of record with Entra ID IGA to drive joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes.
- Standardize workflows through ServiceNow to capture access requests, approvals, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness with centralized logging, automated certification campaigns, and clear linkage between HR events and access changes.
- Reduce reliance on home-grown systems by replacing custom lifecycle and audit tools with vendor-supported, enterprise-class platforms.
- Enable policy-driven access automation via dynamic groups, entitlement management, and role-based controls tied directly to Workday attributes.
- Support scalability and modernization across cloud, hybrid, and SaaS environments with tighter HR-to-IT integration.
