Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about using data and insights to improve business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and help drive effective business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Support the development of process improvements and business strategies
- Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure solution accuracy
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
- Internship or academic project experience in business or data analysis is a plus
Preferred:
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
