Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a Treasury SAP S/4HANA ERP Deployment Lead, you will join the Salesforce practice. The Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.

Responsibilities:

Own the Credit Management configuration within S/4HANA, collaborate effectively with consultants, and manage testing and solution delivery efficiently

Risk Scoring Methodology: Enhance risk scoring capabilities in S/4HANA by leveraging advanced calculations and diverse data sources to automate updates to customer credit risk parameters in alignment with business objectives

Credit Limit Automation: Refine and automate credit limit adjustments in S/4HANA through advanced formulas that incorporate both internal and external data, tailored to meet specific business requirements

Lead regional Treasury and Credit deployment initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and operational readiness

Represent Treasury and Credit in regional deployment meetings by providing status updates and addressing any obstacles encountered

Proactively identify existing gaps, assess potential risks, and propose effective mitigation strategies

Report risks, issues, and escalations to Treasury and Credit leadership promptly

Advocate for the adoption of standardized, harmonized global processes in accordance with the organization's banking strategy

Collaborate closely with regional Treasury and Credit process teams regarding ERP governance and key deliverables

Monitor essential deliverables and project milestones to guarantee timely completion

Support comprehensive end-to-end testing of deployed Treasury and Credit functionalities within the designated region

Extract and format customer and credit data from legacy systems for use by internal stakeholders

Assist with SAP security role profile assignments and conduct related testing for newly deployed countries

Develop and maintain documentation, job aids, and training resources in partnership with Organizational Change Management

Qualifications:

4 to 5 end-to-end implementation cycles in SAP S/4HANA

3 years of strong practitioner experience in SAP Credit Management (FIN-FSCM-CR)

10 years of technical expertise in providing data via excel, Data Queries, XML translation, Power BI and providing best practice solutions

Programming language experience: C++, Python, Java, Visual Basic, SQL

Experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA Conversion

Experience with other SAP S/4HANA modules: Treasury and Risk Management, Cash and Liquidity Management, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management, and Financial Supply Chain Management (preferably Credit Management)

Experience with SAP, Power BI, and/or basic data extraction (manage queries, SQL, etc.)

Demonstrated leadership and project management skills that provide solutions

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and lean six sigma orientation

Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and providing efficient business processes and leveraging technology

Demonstrated personal resilience and adaptability to change

Experience with corporate treasury, accounts receivable, financial markets, banking industries, and payment solutions

Experience collaborating with multiple functions and countries, with the ability to influence diverse perspectives towards a common standard

Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills

Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem-solving

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

Minimum of two (3) years SAP S/4HANA FSCM Credit Management module implementation experience

Minimum of four (4) years of combined implementation/consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA Treasury

Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading large system and/or ERP implementations

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
