Need Ambulatory Patient Accounting Domain owner-100% Remote

Need to have skills:

Bachelors degree
Strong written and verbal communication
Exp supporting and Implementing Ambulatory patient accounting into EHR Athena or cerner or both.
Exp with (Athena, Cerner/Oracle)
Technical leadership exp in Amb Patient Accounting solutions, analyzing alternatives, presenting tech Options to leads and customers.
Strong experience with workflows, build, design, assessment/recommendations, Road mapping, and Implementations.
Need someone very knowledgeable and experienced in the ambulatory revenue cycle (specifically patient accounting) workflow. Do NOT need experience in acute revenue cycle workflow. Person needs to be a self-starter, independent, and take initiative.

Job Description:
An ambulatory patient accounting analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing ambulatory patient accounting systems and review system capabilities, workflow and limitations.

-Gathers requirements from ambulatory patient accounting users and translates those to programmers and developers.
-Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
-Confers with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs.
-Design architecture to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements as well as provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces for ambulatory patient accounting platforms

Skills/Experience:
-Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
-Basic ability to work independently and manage one s time.
-Experience with implementing and supporting Ambulatory patient accounting platforms/applications (Athena, Cerner/Oracle Health, Epic PB, etc.)
-Experience with providing technical leadership in Ambulatory patient accounting solutions, analyzing alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and customers
-Experience with driving technical planning and solutions for Ambulatory patient accounting software replacement, including design, and justifying technical recommendations
-Ability to apply fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments

Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years relevant experience preferred.
