Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00/Hrs
Description
Participate in large video deployment projects within a dedicated team.
Oversee remote monitoring, service, and support of video surveillance solutions and access control.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet scope and schedule.
Maintain professionalism under pressure and intense situations.
Key Responsibilities
Articulate video solutions and technological capabilities to stakeholders.
Implement changes using established testing and change control procedures.
Conduct product testing and lead technical discussions as needed.
Develop strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.
Provide post-sales support in collaboration with technical support teams.
Travel to various locations for meetings, site walks, and troubleshooting.
Participate in video meetings and conference calls with stakeholders.
Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a technical role such as software support or network support.
Strong understanding of video surveillance integration process and standards preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing multiple computers.
Remote support experience, including satellite sites and offsite staff.
