Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support enterprise transformation efforts by focusing on change communications and monitoring the execution and effectiveness of existing change management plans. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and supported throughout the change journey.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent, and targeted change communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, newsletters, presentations, town halls, etc.).
  • Create and maintain communication materials that support change initiatives, including FAQs, talking points, and leadership toolkits.
  • Partner with stakeholders, including HR, Corporate Communications, and project teams, to ensure alignment of messaging and timing.
  • Support leadership and change champions in cascading key messages throughout the organization.
  • Track progress and effectiveness of existing change plans using key performance indicators (KPIs) and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analyses, and readiness assessments to evaluate adoption and engagement.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from impacted groups and propose adjustments to the change approach where needed.
  • Maintain dashboards and prepare regular reports summarizing adoption metrics, risks, and issues for leadership review.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 4-7 years of professional experience
  • Knowledgeable of PROSCI methodology
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to different audiences.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
