Job Details

Required skills:

  • Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon Dynamo DB

 

Nice to have skills:

  • Service design with developer background and quick learning ability.
  • Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.).
  • Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
  • Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
  • Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
  • Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
