Job Details
Required skills:
- Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS pinpoint or End User Message & Amazon Dynamo DB
Nice to have skills:
- Service design with developer background and quick learning ability.
- Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.).
- Configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
- Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
- Strong scripting skills and ability to implement AWS environments as code.
- Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
