Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including Java/J2EE development for enterprise or web applications.
- 4+ years of experience with Spring Framework.
- 4+ years of experience building enterprise web applications using React JS with Redux.
- 4+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- 2+ years of experience with business process workflow software.
- 2+ years of experience with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 or 2.1.
- Experience with Micro Frontends, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of software testing practices and backend unit testing.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gradle, uDeploy).
- Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
- Experience with Camunda or similar process automation tools.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of technology solutions in regulated industries such as financial services or banking.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead or contribute to moderately complex software initiatives within technical environments.
- Participate in strategic planning and solution architecture for large-scale efforts.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document software components across the stack.
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical challenges.
- Provide leadership and technical direction to a team while meeting internal or client-facing needs.
- Collaborate with peers, team members, and managers to solve problems and achieve technical goals.
- Serve as an escalation point and mentor for junior developers.
