Overview
A Desktop Support Technician is needed to join a team of six DTS professionals providing onsite technical support to more than 400 users across multiple facilities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Overview
A Desktop Support Technician is needed to join a team of six DTS professionals providing onsite technical support to more than 400 users across multiple facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on desktop support in an enterprise environment, including troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, and standard productivity applications.
- Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops using SCCM, MEM, Intune, or similar enterprise management tools.
- Install, update, and maintain software, patches, and security updates.
- Support and troubleshoot a wide range of peripherals, including printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
- Perform hardware swaps, workstation setups, and new-user onboarding.
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused technical assistance across multiple sites.
Required Experience
- Several years of in-person desktop support in a mid-sized or large enterprise environment.
- 3+ years of experience imaging and deploying systems using SCCM/MEM/Intune or equivalent tools.
- 3+ years supporting common office peripherals (printers, mobile devices, A/V equipment, etc.).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Active Directory (user management, group membership, password resets)
- Experience with deployment and imaging workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise IT operations
