Oracle ERP Technical Consultant
Location: Remote

Details/Required skills & Experience:

  • Client facing role - must be a good communicator, ensuring high quality service delivery.
  • Oracle Cloud Technical Associate will contribute to the delivery of managed services for Oracle Cloud clients, addressing client concerns while ensuring exceptional service quality. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical aspects and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to exceed client expectations and contribute to organizational growth.
  • Expertise in designing and troubleshooting integrations using OIC and Oracle Autonomous Database, including building extensions (PaaS for SaaS) and bulk integrations. Must have experience with FBDI files for Oracle ERP Cloud, implementing end-to-end data flows, and strong error-handling mechanisms
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Strong hands on experience with Oracle reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and OAC
  • Proficient in VBS to enable and customize Oracle Redwood pages
  • Strong Understanding of Oracle modules and Fast Formulas
  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Understanding of OCI security features and practices
  • Knowledge of OCI architecture and application deployment best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Technical services or similar roles.
  • Good Knowledge of Oracle ERP/HCM modules with at least one certification (level 2 support).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage time effectively.
  • Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high-quality service.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
